Dodge only made 215 of these cars in plum crazy purple with the 6-speed tremec manual transmission and dual white stripes for this model year. We have every document, including the build sheet, window sticker, maintenance records and verification letters from chrysler, etc. That will go with the car. The car is powered by a 5. 7 liter hemi v-8 hemi engine that produces 375 horsepower with hefty-shifting tremec six-speed manual going to a 3. 73 gear ratio. In sixth gear, the r/t cruises with 1800 rpm at 80 mph. The car is painted in gorgeous plum crazy purple with white r/t striping. The very wide horizontal grilles, spoilers, and tail lamps highlight the width of the car. The proportions look right, from the carrier-deck expanse of the flat hood to the foot-high side glass and dark lower body trim, flowing into the massive rear roof pillars. It has standard halogen headlamps for illuminating the road. The available hood scoops carry hemi badges and they feed cool air in or warm air vents to the atmosphere, but they do not feed cold air straight into the engine. The ducts in the spoiler direct cooling air to the front brakes and small winglets at the front wheel openings to better refine airflow. It has fixed side rear windows with frameless doors. A bright fuel filler cap on the side really stands out as do the retro door handles. At the rear end sits a full-width panel of red lights with a pair of backup lights wedged in the middle, along with chrome dodge lettering in a font right out of the 1970s. It sits on 20 inch dodge 5-spoke wheels and like-new firestone rubber. The interior is fully loaded, including a power sunroof, locks, seats, doors and windows along with illuminated cup holders that help in navigating the interior of the car at night. To preserve the concealed feeling, the headliner and almost everything is dark. The gauges include fuel on the left, a tachometer, a speedometer, and numbered coolant temperature. All of the gauges are light-faced with dark numbers, and at night, they have blue-green illumination that matches the various digital displays. The rear seat feels quite comfortable and more spacious than most would expect from the car. Bluetooth with navigation. Again, the car is fully optioned and even has the hill-assist feature when starting off at an incline. It is being offered for $29,999. 00! Add in 111,744 sales for the 2012 chrysler town & country, the grand caravan's mechanically similar but decidedly up-market cousin, and the resulting quarter-million minivans account for nearly half the entire u. According to dodge, that makes the 2013 grand caravan the most affordable seven-passenger vehicle currently on sale in the u. S. yet despite its low price, the grand caravan keeps acquiring attractive new features. For example, integrated trailer sway damping is now standard on all 2013 grand caravan models. A second-row bench seat is now standard on 2013 grand caravan base models, increasing versatility. And a new, industry-exclusive dual-screen blu-ray video system is now offered on 2013 grand caravan crew and 2013 grand caravan r/t models. dodge grand caravan is a top safety pick by the insurance industry for highway safety, the insurance industry's lobbying outfit. the basic design of the current-generation grand caravan has been around since 2008, but it still looks fresh and crisp, especially next to some of the more forced and gimmicky styling we've seen on newer import-brand vans. The look is crisp and tidy, but not boxy, with just a touch of sportiness. Filling the upper grille are the trademark dodge crosshairs, finished in matte black with a chrome outline; except on the r/t, where the chrome parts are replaced with body color. rear-end styling is more clever than conspicuous; on each side the rear roof pillar unites with the taillight cluster to form a single surface, which then bulges out just slightly to become the rear bumper and step plate before retreating back up to the roof via the taillight on the opposite side of the van. That very efficient outline defines every minivan on the road. all the leading minivans, including toyota sienna, honda odyssey, nissan quest and chrysler town & country, measure within an inch or two of the grand caravan in overall dimensions.
